With summer already upon us, what is a better way to celebrate the warm weather and sunshine than by enjoying a fresh margarita paired with delicious tacos? While a classic margarita is a great choice, next time you find yourself thinking about getting out the blender and salt, try a twist on a classic recipe that will make your taste buds tingle!

One of the most popular margarita recipes we use at our Mexican cantina and taqueria Pop’s Garage is the Pineapple and Jalapeño Margarita. When the two strong flavors of sweet and spicy mix, they create a lovely result.  If spicy drinks aren’t your thing, the jalapeno can be modified to fit your taste buds.

Now for the best part … what blends more perfectly with a margarita than Margarita-Marinated Fish Tacos? This simple to make, yet flavorful fish taco recipe is a crowd-pleaser.

You can treat yourself to these two try-at-home recipes – perfect for an afterwork dinner and drink or for a weekend get-together. The ingredients in both of these recipes heavily complement one another and will leave your guests asking for more!
